How far in advance should we book?
Weddings tend to book out quickly, especially during peak seasons. I recommend reaching out at least 6-12 months in advance to secure your preferred date. However, if your wedding is sooner, still get in touch—I might have availability!
Can we meet before booking?
Of course! I love getting to know my couples before their big day. We can arrange an in-person meeting (if local) or a video call to chat about your plans, ask any questions, and see if we’re the perfect fit.
Do you offer payment plans?
Yes! A non-refundable retainer is required to secure your date, and the remaining balance is due 14 days before your wedding. If you’d prefer a payment plan, just let me know, and we can arrange one that works for you.
What happens after we book?
Once your date is secured, I’ll guide you through the next steps, including. A wedding consultation to go over your vision and timeline. Access to my wedding guide with helpful tips for planning and photography. Ongoing support—you can reach out anytime with questions or ideas!
Do you travel for weddings?
I’m based in Rockhampton, QLD, and travel up to 100km one way. Travel within 15km of Rockhampton is free, and a travel fee applies to locations beyond that. If your wedding is further away, reach out, and we can discuss travel options!
What if we need to reschedule our wedding?
Life happens, and I understand! Your retainer is transferable to a new date (subject to availability). If your new date isn’t available, we can discuss alternative options.
