Hello! I’m Danielle,
Chosen by couples who want to feel comfortable, confident,
and completely themselves.
If this feels like the kind of experience
you’ve been looking for
The photographer behind Salted Gold Photography
I believe photography is one of the only things that allows us to hold onto time.
Life changes so quietly. The people we love grow older, children outgrow the little versions of themselves we thought we’d remember forever, and moments that once felt ordinary slowly become the memories we miss the most.
One day, all we will have left are the photographs.
Not because they are perfect, but because they bring us back to a feeling, the way someone laughed, the way they looked at you, the people who stood beside you during the moments of life that mattered most.
I know what it feels like to wish you had more photographs with the people you’ve lost. More ordinary moments preserved before time moved on. And I think that’s why this means so much to me.
Photography, to me, has never been about stiff poses or creating something that feels forced. It’s about preserving connection honestly and naturally, exactly as it felt in that moment.
You don’t need to know how to pose or what to do in front of the camera, that’s where I come in.
With a calm, guided approach, I’ll gently direct you when needed and step back when the moment speaks for itself. Nothing is forced. Nothing feels staged. Just real connection, captured in a way that feels natural and effortless.
On your wedding day, I’m there to make sure you feel comfortable, present, and able to actually enjoy it all.
My love for photography started young, with a simple film camera and a curiosity to capture everything around me. What began as a passion grew into something much bigger, something I now get to share with everyone.
Because one day, these photographs will become part of your story, the memories that remain long after the moment has passed.
